I'm Ray, a product photographer who moved from the West to build a life and a career in New York City.
Over the past 9 years, I've held senior and lead photographer roles across three companies, shaping the visual direction for each brand's product line.
My work centers on clean, bright photography that lets the product shine (literally). I draw inspiration from Irving Penn and Edward Weston, and that influence shows up in how I think about light, form, and texture on every shoot.
I can take a project from a rough idea to a finished shoot, or step in wherever your team already is. Years spent working with an Asian-owned company taught me how much authentic cultural representation matters in imagery, and I bring that same care to every brand I shoot for. I obsess over the details, and I care about telling your product's story right, not just making it look good.
